GHS is a veteran woman owned business specializing in the manufacturing of commercial grade lighting fixtures. We are a family owned business with 30 years experience in the lighting, electrical and plumbing industries. In addition GPS-GHS utilizes four factories providing facilities for die casting - aluminum and zinc, sand casting up to 36", metal stamping and spinning, plastic injection molding, machining, including tool & die making, stainless steel screws, silicone gaskets, porcelain lamp holders and a powder paint facility using a chromate conversion process before paint is applied.

Capabilities:

• Die casting up to 2000 tons - 33 machines
• Stamping up to 500 tons - 116 machines
• Plastic Injection Molding up to 1500 tons - 16 machines
• 12 stage Chromate Conversion process
• Two automated powder paint systems with 4 bays to provide 4 colors within a single run

Only top quality materials are used to manufacture our lighting fixtures, including A360 (or higher, if customer specifies) aluminum ingot, pure aluminum (99.4%) for our reflectors which produces better photometry and lumen output. Our screws, clips & fasteners are all stainless steel with nickel plating. All of our products are UL and/or CSA listed and exceed the requirements of these strict standards.
